With the social demands of the holiday season fast approaching, prioritizing personal wellness and self-care should be the top of everyone’s list. For travelers headed to Paris in November, Lili Barbery-Coulon is taking over Hôtel de Crillon, a Rosewood Hotel, with a pop-up store focusing on self-care and wellness. The former beauty journalist turned meditation and yoga instructor is setting herself up in the hotel’s Salons Historiques from November 19th and 20th, to a curated range of restorative products and experiences.
Within the elegant surroundings of Hôtel de Crillon, Lili Barbery-Coulon will hold workshops for the general public, provide opportunities to meet today's most inspirational authors of books on food and wellness, and present a selection of her favorite wellness brands.
On day one of the event, twenty lucky participants will enjoy a fun and informative day with Lili Barbery-Coulon in the Salons overlooking the Place de la Concorde. Over the course of the day, Lili will expand on her vision of wellness through a full program of rewarding experiences, including meditation sessions, an introduction to naturopathy, a “vision board” workshop and meditative sound bath. Chef Boris Campanella will lend a gourmet touch to the experience with a special lunch for the occasion.
As part of the experience, naturopath Sylvie Ganter-Cervasel will lead an introductory workshop on a diet linked to our vital needs, while Franco-American life coach Zeva Bellel, who provides guidance on career development for women, will run a “vision board” workshop to lead us into the new year. Finally, Mayia Alleaume, a sound therapist and founder of the Sentara Holistic brand, will round off the day with a relaxing sound bath using crystal bowls.
